Shipping/Handling Policy:
Shipping is very simple- 25 cents each chart ordered and 75 cents handling fee per order (NOT per chart) within the U.S. or no s/h charges at all if you opt to receive your chart(s) by email as either a PCS6 or Adobe Acrobat file. When you have completed an order through the shopping cart system I will respond with an email to you with your final total and shipping charges with any discounts applied.

I will usually ship within 24-48 hours after payment has been received (email orders generally within 12-24 hours) HOWEVER- I'm a mom eh? Things happen and if there will be a delay beyond this time period I will let you know and you will always receive email confirmation when your order has actually shipped so that you'll know it IS on its way!

Also, if you have an auction win your feedback is left when your chart(s) is shipped- I do not believe in nor do I engage in reciprocal feedback and while I appreciate your leaving feedback for me do not require it.

Privacy Policy:
I do not sell, give, etc etc etc any information given to me by any of my customers for any reason! If you are a newsletter subscriber you will receive this about once a month- maybe twice if there is something important. If you give me your credit card information it is destroyed by me at the end of the transaction unless YOU specifically request that I keep it on file (in which case it is kept on hardcopy and not stored in my computer).

Return Policy:
Due to the printed nature of this product there are no returns/refunds or exchanges.
